Featuring live virtual instructor Eric to help guide you through the workout! This one includes some extra credit upper body weight lifting during the recoveries using lightweight dumbbells. If you have some weight of any type that is easy for you to move around get it nearby to join it. We recommend 5 or less pounds for beginners and up to 10-12 pounds for stronger people.

Riding along with Pro Enduro Racer Leigh Bowe you will start at Arapahoe Basin up & over the mountains dropping in to Keystone CO! This adventurous ride starts at 10,354' in altitude & climbs to over 12,500 in about 3 miles. Yes its steep! Once at the top you are way above tree line & will be treated to a wicked single track descent.
